Every prompt has a copy button, and the bits you need to fill in are highlighted, so there's nothing to work out yourself.

You can start on the free plan. To plan a whole month in one go you'll probably want a paid plan, so you don't run out of messages halfway through. That's paid to Claude, not to me, and Module 1 explains it.
As soon as you've paid, you'll see the link and your login details on screen, and I'll email them to you as well. If anything goes wrong, email me and I'll sort it.
Setting everything up takes two or three sittings of about an hour. After that, content day is about half an hour with Claude to plan and write, and about an hour putting it together and scheduling it.
